DanceFit

DanceFit is a fun dance fitness class - get fit while learning a sassy dance choreography!
Suitable for all fitness and dance levels, all shapes and sizes.
This class is more focused on fitness than technique. See the burlesque courses for more technique based classes.
Level 2 Burlesque ++
$115/2-week course (Payment plans available)
The 2-week level 2 intermediate burlesque course is designed to follow on from the beginner course. In this level we focus more on intermediate level fan dancing with group/pair fan dancing, intermediate level chair dancing, and stocking removal.
Suitable for people with experience or people who have completed beginner burlesque.

Level 3 Burlesque +++
$115/2-week course (Payment plans available)
The 2-week level 3 advanced burlesque course is designed to follow on from the intermediate burlesque course. This course is tailored to the desires and goals of the students.
In this level we focus on floor work and flow, reveals (removing clothing intentionally and the various ways of doing it), as well as tassel twirling and more!
Suitable for people with an intermediate level of experience or people who have completed intermediate burlesque.

Performance Courses
Want to perform as part of a group? We instruct you on the fundamentals of performing, teach you a group choreography and support you to perform in a live burlesque show in Wellington, at Fringe Bar. We also offer one-on-one mentoring to support your solo performing.
