Private Lessons and Mentoring Programme

Book a private one-on-one lesson with one of our experienced instructors. Whether it’s to work on an act you’ve been developing, choreograph a group or solo dance routine to surprise a friend, to work on a solo routine, or simply to avoid group classes and have extra focus on your individual requirements.

The prices below are for one person and doesn’t include studio hire - prices are listed in the form below.

Cancelation policy: You may modify or cancel your private lesson up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. A $20 administrative fee applies to all refund requests. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your lessons, Studio L’amour reserves the right to cancel it.

The Studio L’amour Mentoring Programme is a 5-session package structured to prepare you for a solo performance. Guidance and support is given at every stage of the development process to help you feel your most comfortable and confident on and off stage.

Your mentor will work alongside you to help you develop:

• Choreography 

• Choosing music and mixing tracks

• Costuming 

• Confidence and stage presence 

• Connecting with the audience

• Facial expressions

• Stage makeup and hair

• Backstage etiquette and preparation

• Writing your bio, tech notes, and stage introduction

Optional Add Ons

• Support from your mentor at the show

• Extra private lessons

• Costume rental

The cost is $620 for the 5x 1-hour sessions of private one-on-one mentoring. This includes studio hire. Payment plans are available.

For every mentoring programme booked, $20 will go towards a fund that pays for the spot of someone who could not otherwise afford the programme.
