We currently offer pole dancing and fitness lessons as well as conditioning, strength and an open practice session. We offer our pole classes at our centrally located Wellington studio

Our pole lessons are divided into four levels: Beginner: Beginner classes are for absolute beginners and/or people who may have learnt pole in the past but haven't been for awhile. We will tke you through a warm up, teach you some tricks, spins, transitions and a small routine; followed by strength training and a stretch to warm down. Intermediate 1: Intermediate 1 is for students who have mastered the basic spins, climbing and are beginning to invert on the pole. At this level you will learn more complex spins and climbs, tircks that involve inverting and leg hangs as well as strength holds, fleibility moves and routines. Intermediate 2: At this level you will work on aerial inverts, aerial shoulder mounts and combinations as well as new climbs such as the caterpillar climb and seat climb. You will gain flexibility and strength learning longer combinations, aerial strength holds, drops, tricks and routines. Advanced: Advanced students work on climbing combinations, strength, flexibility and stamina through combinations, drops and routines; and advanced tricks. Transitions and Floor Work: Once you've mastered some pole tricks, learn how to transition between the moves and between poles and making your dance routines smooth. We also cover floor work and stage presence. |
